Challenge
How might we design a brand identity and digital presence that reflects Kwamé Floyd's ambitious vision, compelling funders, district partners, and aspiring educators to join a vibrant movement that redefines the path into teaching? The challenge was to create a brand that speaks to the heart of the organization’s mission: empowering communities, removing barriers, and nurturing the next generation of diverse educators.
Goal
The goal was to develop a dynamic brand identity, visually articulate the program framework, and build a compelling website that would effectively connect with three core audiences:
- Aspiring Apprentices seeking supported, accessible pathways into teaching.
- State and School District Partners interested in collaborating to strengthen their teacher pipelines with well-prepared, diverse talent.
- Funders looking to invest in a groundbreaking education initiative led by a visionary leader.
Our aim was to build a brand that communicates hope, opportunity, and a tangible path forward, while ensuring the website serves as a powerful tool for outreach and ongoing engagement.

Teacher Apprenticeship Network:
At the heart of this initiative is Kwamé Floyd, whose relentless dedication to equity in education drives the Teacher Apprenticeship Network’s mission. Kwame’s leadership is rooted in the belief that the pathway to becoming a teacher should be open to all, regardless of background or financial barriers. Under his guidance, the program fills painful teacher shortages by empowering individuals to step into classrooms with confidence and purpose.
This project was more than just a brand refresh and a website launch—it was about amplifying Kwamé’s vision for a more inclusive future in education. The comprehensive visual program framework and user-friendly website ensure that funders, partners, and apprentices can clearly see the impact of this initiative. It’s a brand that does more than tell a story—it invites stakeholders to be part of the change.
We are honored to have partnered with Kwamé and the Teacher Apprenticeship Network to help bring their vision to life. Here’s to creating lasting change, breaking barriers, building pathways to opportunity for all and celebrating the educators who will shape tomorrow’s classrooms.
